The role may be assigned to the retort, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse areas and includes operating and adjusting machinery, performing minor repairs, moving materials, monitoring production, and operating palletizing and industrial equipment. The schedule is a 2-2-3 rotation with 12-hour day or night shifts, and the starting hourly rate is $21.94 plus a $0.80 night-shift differential, increasing to $22.61 after qualifying.
