Morgan Truck Body is hiring a first-shift Production Associate in Janesville, Wisconsin. The role assembles full truck bodies in a manufacturing plant by interpreting blueprints and work orders, cutting wood and metal, fastening components, operating pneumatic and hand tools, setting up machines, performing preventive maintenance, and inspecting finished products for quality and defects. The company provides on-the-job training in basic math, measurement, computer skills, tools, and blueprint interpretation. Applicants must be at least 18; manufacturing or truck-body experience is preferred, while construction experience and a high school diploma or GED are advantageous. The position requires extended standing and walking, repetitive hand work, lifting up to 35 pounds, bending, squatting, reaching, occasional crawling, ladder climbing, and working at heights.
