Description
The role is responsible for machining and/or assembling production parts, maintaining 100% quality, meeting on-time delivery requirements, completing production tracking, performing gauging and other inspections, initiating trouble reports, and participating in investigations and countermeasures. The position requires strong attendance, adherence to safety and quality procedures, basic mechanical knowledge, the ability to work in a manufacturing environment, and physical ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift 10–40 pounds frequently. Manufacturing experience is preferred, while a high school diploma or GED is required for Rank A3 and A4.
