VEKA is hiring a Production Associate to support its production area and assist extrusion operators. The role involves measuring, cutting, and building wooden packaging units, visually inspecting products for defects, transporting finished goods and scrap, maintaining housekeeping, and following safety requirements. The position works a rotating 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3-2 schedule, pays $18.50 per hour plus shift differentials, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, and the role requires the ability to use measuring tools, saws, pneumatic nail guns, and hand tools.
