Description
The role works on the floor with roll-forming and finalization teams, supporting machine operation, material changeovers, finished-product handling, rework, and accurate part counts. It includes visual and gauge-based inspection, basic setup or troubleshooting, EHS compliance, quality control, and adaptability to other production areas. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, and use hand tools and measuring gauges; a high school diploma or GED is preferred and prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
