The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by laying up prepreg materials, operating production equipment, inspecting materials, maintaining traceability, entering production data into Oracle, staging materials, and supporting press, setup, breakdown, and quality operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and data-entry skills, English communication ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
