Avient is hiring an entry-level Production Associate for a Monday-to-Friday manufacturing role from 2:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with pay of $21-$22. The role involves weighing and packaging ingredients, operating and maintaining production machinery, preparing batch documentation, supporting production operators, and following safety and housekeeping procedures. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience is required; industrial operations experience is preferred.
