Description
The role is responsible for machining and/or assembling production parts while maintaining 100% quality and on-time delivery. Duties include following production procedures, completing daily tracking reports, performing gauging and other quality inspections, initiating trouble reports, approving inspected parts, maintaining machine fluids and TPM activities, and participating in Kaizen and investigations. The position requires strong attendance, physical ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift 10–40 pounds, and manufacturing experience; a high school diploma or GED is preferred for Rank A1 and A2 and required for Rank A3 and A4.
