Description
The Production Associate will assemble, charge, and test advanced thermal products, including fluid processing, final assembly, shipping, quality inspections, and troubleshooting. The role also involves operating testing equipment, supporting documented procedures, maintaining a safe work environment, and performing basic electrical wiring, instrumentation, and controls. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position offers company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off, with compensation of $18–$25 per hour.
