Description
Baxter is hiring a Production Operator to perform downstream activities required to complete pharmaceutical production, including paperwork initiation, component verification, equipment and label-dispenser setup, calibration checks, batch-board and seal-integrity verification, sample collection, line clearances, scrap disposition, finishing-area troubleshooting, facility cleaning, and pasteurizer operation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, English proficiency, basic math and digital literacy, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and attendance in accordance with the RLD Attendance Policy. Mandatory overtime may be required, and the position pays $20.65 per hour.
