Description
Regal Rexnord is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for a fully onsite role at a designated office. The position sets up and operates cell manufacturing and test equipment, produces final products, inspects parts, performs quality checks, maintains equipment, follows process documents, records production data, and assists in training new associates. The role may include molding, machine operation, assembly, potting, washing, painting, and other assigned manufacturing duties. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, previous industrial assembly background is preferred but not required, and a verifiable work history is needed.
