Description
The Production Associate supports uninterrupted manufacturing by picking materials from work orders, staging and verifying parts, loading raw materials into machines, supporting start-ups and changeovers, bundling and securing finished components, coordinating finished-goods handling, and maintaining staging areas and banding equipment. The role requires reading part numbers, following written instructions, basic math and measurement skills, computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive and heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and employee reimbursables; visa sponsorship is not available.
