The Production Associate will manufacture and assemble bed frames, substructures, and box spring systems in Rastatt, including component pre-assembly, upholstery, cover work, quality control, and material preparation. The role requires practical furniture, upholstery, or series-production skills, technical understanding, safe tool and machine handling, teamwork, reliability, physical resilience, and shift flexibility.
