Geleo Service & Personal GmbH is hiring an experienced Production Associate for a food-industry client in Rietberg. The role involves packaging goods, performing quality checks, operating and monitoring simple production machines, managing material supply, and supporting hygiene and safety compliance. The position requires German language skills, reliability, teamwork, and flexibility for shift work; food-industry experience is beneficial but not required. It is a full-time, 8-hour-per-day, three-shift role with in-company training, an unlimited employment contract, and pay of €15.33 per hour plus collective-bargaining-agreement allowances.
