Description
The Production Associate operates manufacturing machinery such as grinders, drill presses, lathes, mills, benders, and CNC machines; assembles products; inspects parts and finished goods; performs changeovers and first-piece inspections; maintains accurate production records; conducts daily equipment maintenance; troubleshoots minor malfunctions; and follows safety and quality protocols. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, mathematical ability, the ability to read mechanical drawings and travelers, and proficiency with precision measuring devices.
