Mural is partnering with a manufacturing company in Huntersville, North Carolina to hire Production Associates for day and night shifts. The role begins at end-of-line operations, including packaging finished material, applying labels, staging product for shipping, and verifying that products are ready to leave the line. No manufacturing experience is required, but applicants must be fast, attentive, physically active, reliable, and willing to learn. The schedule consists of 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, with new hires training on day shift for two to three weeks before transitioning to their assigned shift. The base pay is $17.54 per hour, with built-in overtime, an attendance bonus, and company-provided PPE.
