RedBuilt is hiring full-time Production Associates for its Delaware, Ohio manufacturing facility. The role involves constructing wood-framed wall panels, assembling open-web trusses, operating and setting up machinery, using construction tools, reading plans, tracking materials and work orders, and assisting with Spanish-to-English translation. Shifts are Monday through Friday or Monday through Thursday, with overtime and occasional weekends. The position pays $21.00 to $26.50 per hour and requires bilingual English/Spanish ability, safety and quality awareness, basic measurement skills, independent work, and the ability to work overtime; previous construction or production experience is preferred but not required.
