RedBuilt is hiring full-time Production Associates for its Chino, California manufacturing facility. The role involves assembling engineered wood trusses, setting up and operating machinery such as punch presses, pinners, gluers, and drills, using construction tools, reading design paperwork, and tracking materials and work orders. Available positions include Driller, Gluer, Grader, Pinner, Punch Press Operator, and Truss Assembler, with Monday-through-Friday shifts from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., occasional weekends, and overtime. The wage range is $19.75 to $27.00 per hour, with a $2,000 signing bonus and health, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
