SimpleXX GmbH is hiring a Production Associate for AIRBUS Aerostructures at its Bremen site. The role involves setting up and dismantling components, configuring loading carriers according to priority and heat-treatment programs, checking components for accuracy and completeness, degreasing components, and documenting work steps. Candidates need completed vocational training in a metal-processing occupation or comparable qualification, practical manufacturing and production experience, teamwork and communication skills, flexibility for shifts and overtime, and reliable German and basic English skills. The arrangement is temporary staffing with a takeover option and generally an open-ended employment contract, with benefits including above-tariff compensation, bonuses, a 35-hour workweek, home-office options, pension support, and further training.
