Description
The Processing Associate supports a retail thrift store by loading and unloading carts, inspecting and classifying clothing, linens, accessories, and household goods, cleaning and preparing items, sorting and pricing products, tagging and rolling goods, consolidating and baling items, preparing products for shipping, and maintaining a clean work area. The role requires a strong work ethic, multitasking ability, adherence to company policies and quotas, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical duties include lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, standing and repetitive hand use, and exposure to dust and temperature fluctuations. A high school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience is required.
