Spartech is hiring an entry-level Production Associate - CNC in Goodyear, Arizona to support manufacturing operations for optical acrylic sheet used in aerospace applications. The role performs weigh-up or packaging duties, reads shop orders, stages production items, records quality-control information, completes production orders, cleans equipment and the plant, operates forklifts as needed, and follows safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math and reading skills, accurate paperwork, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work a full schedule including overtime.
