Continental is hiring Production Associates for its manufacturing environment through two pathways: direct placement for candidates with at least one year of manufacturing, military, or closely related experience, and a four-week Manufacturing Skills Program for candidates without prior manufacturing experience. The role involves operating equipment, following production and quality procedures, monitoring product quality, using measurement tools, and working safely in a fast-paced plant environment. Candidates must work a 12-hour day or night shift on a 2-2-3 Panama schedule, including every other weekend, and must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
