Description
The Production Associate cleans and prepares radiators, oil coolers, and associated parts; assembles or builds units; assists with setup and operation; identifies maintenance issues and process improvements; and follows health, safety, quality, and work-instruction requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic tool operation, hand-tool and measuring-instrument skills, problem-solving and communication abilities, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive standing and hand operations.
