The Injection Molding Machine Operator inspects and packs plastic parts, operates two injection-molding machines independently by the six-month mark, performs visual quality checks, maintains production records, and supports shipping and storage activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–6 months of manufacturing experience, physical ability to stand for an eight-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work overtime.
