The Manufacturing Operator safely operates manual and automated production equipment in a manufacturing environment, following quality, safety, environmental, and production requirements. Responsibilities include performing quality inspections, controlling non-conforming material, maintaining equipment and work areas, meeting cycle-time and production goals, reporting hazards, and collaborating with teams to improve processes. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent secondary education, some work experience or intermediate knowledge, and may require export-control or sanctions licensing.
