Description
The Production Associate supports the manufacture of high-quality medical products in a cleanroom by cleaning, assembling, packaging, labeling, visually inspecting packages, documenting work steps, and complying with hygiene, quality, and cleanroom regulations. The role requires attention to detail, cleanroom willingness, German speaking and writing skills, and availability for a two- or three-shift system. Initial production experience is preferred but career changers are welcome, and permanent employment follows the initial tariff-based probation period.
