gusto! is hiring a Prep Cook for its Buford location. The role prepares ingredients according to company standards, washes and chops produce, measures and mixes components, stores and rotates food, maintains a clean and sanitized kitchen, follows food-safety and hygiene requirements, and operates large kitchen equipment. The position requires reliable transportation, the ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and must be performed by someone at least 18 years old. Food-prep experience is preferred but not required.
