MDC Precision is hiring a full-time Buffing Operator to tend machine tools, special-purpose machines, and industrial robots while machining high-vacuum components for production. The role includes setting up and operating machines, inspecting and measuring parts, replacing tools, applying coolant, and finishing or polishing machined components. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 5–7 years of related experience or training, and the ability to operate onsite machinery. The work involves standing, lifting up to 100 pounds, exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes, and a loud work environment. The salary is $22.00–$25.00 per hour.
