Novacel is hiring a Production / Continuous Improvement Engineer – Deputy Workshop Manager to support the Workshop Manager in managing a converting workshop’s daily operations and continuously improving production processes. The role covers safety, quality, cost, productivity, work standards, training, change management, and continuous improvement projects, while also covering for the Workshop Manager during absences. Candidates need an engineering degree with at least five years of industrial experience or a Bac+2/3 qualification with at least ten years of similar experience, along with strong production, Lean Manufacturing, data-analysis, project-management, and communication skills.
