Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry
Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the ERP processes and tools, and the ability to detect, understand, and solve issues
Knowledge of the APICS and Faurecia system principles
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program team, engineering, and plant staffing
Respect of the Faurecia code of management and values, and the ability to promote the “Being Forvia” spirit
Knowledge of employee empowerment basics, and the ability to engage team members in working in standard conditions and focused on continuous improvement
Willingness to participate in the leadership training courses offered by Faurecia University
