Description
The Production Control & Logistics Supervisor will manage the internal flow of parts from receipt to shipping, support customer deliveries and production-line supplies, oversee logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. The role collaborates with quality, production, and engineering functions to optimize plant operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, at least two years of logistics and warehouse management experience in the automotive industry, medium English, knowledge of logistics systems such as SAP, MRP, FIFO, and MPM, advanced Excel skills, and strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and deadline-management abilities. The position is on-site.
