Description
The Production Control Coordinator manages MASABA’s manufacturing operations across Saw, Small Parts, Fabrication, Welding & Fabrication, Paint, General Assembly, shipping, and scheduling. The role plans and schedules resources, oversees plant operations and maintenance, develops performance measures, supervises team leaders and support staff, improves cost, quality, and delivery, and ensures compliance with safety, security, and operating standards. The position requires at least six years of manufacturing, process flow, scheduling, and people-management experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, MRP/ERP, and lean manufacturing, and the ability to perform physical shop-floor duties.
