Description
Capstone is hiring a Production Control Manager to lead daily warehouse production control operations, manage workforce scheduling and performance, coordinate material and equipment flow, monitor KPIs and quality reports, support continuous improvement, and provide customer and internal management service. The role requires attendance at an assigned warehouse, supervisory experience, logistics or manufacturing experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
