Description
The role operates and manages production systems while monitoring environmental, fire, and occupational safety; performing quality checks and minor maintenance; supporting repairs, cleaning shutdowns, and troubleshooting; implementing continuous improvement; and controlling complex production processes. Applicants need a completed trade or technical apprenticeship, technical understanding, safety awareness, teamwork, German proficiency, and willingness to pursue further training. The position follows a four-shift schedule from Monday to Friday and requires an online application.
