Flex is hiring a Production Control Supervisor in Guadalajara to coordinate production planning and execution, ensure material availability, monitor output and delivery performance, lead production control personnel, maintain ERP and inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume mechanical manufacturing environment. The role reports to the Production Manager and requires a BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience, supply chain or materials planning experience, fluent English, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and availability for quarterly inventory counts.
