Description
GRASS is hiring a Production Controller for its Reinheim site to analyze manufacturing and production costs, monitor cost centers, perform variance and efficiency analyses, develop production KPIs, manage inventories, prepare production budgets and forecasts, support investment calculations, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and assist with monthly and annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS. The role requires a relevant business or business-engineering degree, several years of production-controlling experience, strong cost-accounting and budgeting knowledge, familiarity with HGB, IFRS, Excel, and ERP systems, along with analytical, implementation, and communication skills.
