The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analyzing financial results, identifying cost efficiencies, monitoring cost structures, developing reporting standards, managing inventory, supporting business cases, participating in audits, and collaborating with various departments.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: three years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally in an industrial or production company in an international environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial and operational key figures.
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) as well as BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
A proactive, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment in taking ownership of responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
High motivation to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
Very good English skills; good German skills are a plus.
