Description
The Production Controller will optimize production processes, analyze technical production losses, validate and evaluate production figures, assess cost-effectiveness of technical measures, test new facilities and equipment in slaughterhouses, and prepare technical and financial decision materials. The role also coordinates with equipment manufacturers and suppliers, supports implemented measures, and conducts target-versus-actual comparisons. It requires technical vocational training or a relevant degree, several years of production experience, knowledge of production KPIs and food-industry processes, lean-management experience, extensive travel, German and English fluency, and a Class B driver's license.
