Production Controller at Ursa Major

Ursa Major is hiring a full-time Production Controller to own near-term scheduling, sequencing, execution tracking, and manufacturing order status for a designated work center. The role supports rolling 0–12-month capacity planning, SIOP participation, KPI reporting, material and component coordination, and alignment of Odoo, ERP, workboards, and physical shop-floor status. Candidates need production control, planning, scheduling, or dispatching experience, familiarity with supply chain and materials management, ERP/MRP experience, and spreadsheet proficiency. The position offers a base salary of $62,000–$77,000, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
