Description
The Production Coordination Lead will report to the Production Manager at a Zurich-area site in Switzerland and oversee production operations, team deployment, operating standards, operator utilization, safety and environmental performance, incident investigation, and continuous improvement. The role also covers day-to-day problem resolution, recommendations for plant and working practices, and coverage when other team leaders or supervisors are absent. Candidates should have high-school-level education or equivalent, Microsoft Office competency, strong interpersonal and coaching skills, experience managing change, analytical and project-management abilities, and a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
