Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor, Shift II assists the supervisor in meeting daily production schedules and quality goals, coordinates manufacturing personnel, coaches and trains operators, handles discrepant product disposition, maintains documentation and traceability, and supports performance appraisals and employee selection. The role is onsite five days per week, scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus three years of experience; five years of relevant manufacturing or production support experience is preferred. Compensation is $43,368 to $73,736, with no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
