Description
The Cheesemaking Production Supervisor coordinates and leads the activities of a multi-skilled team across two cheese dairies at the Fromageries Papillon site in Villefranche de Panat. The role manages production schedules, safety, hygiene, quality, traceability, material losses, employee development, continuous improvement, and temporary-worker training, while monitoring pH and samples and replacing the Production Manager on weekends and public holidays. It is a daytime position with 1 to 2 weekends per month and follows a fixed-term contract followed by an intermittent permanent contract for seasonal activity from November of year A through June of year A+1.
