Jacobs & Thompson Inc. is hiring a full-time, mid-level Production Coordinator in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to support daily manufacturing operations. The role plans and schedules production, coordinates materials and labor, maintains inventory and production records, supports MRP and purchasing, prepares production reports, and liaises with production, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams. Candidates should have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of manufacturing or production coordination experience, knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
