Evergreen Home Performance is hiring a full-time Production Coordinator in its Portland office to manage the scheduling and deployment of six production crews, coordinate project preparation and logistics, communicate with customers and supervisors, process change orders, schedule QA and corrective work, and support project closeout. The role requires strong customer communication, adaptability, computer skills, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent; compensation is $25-$35 per hour plus a performance bonus, with health insurance and other benefits.
