Panelmatic is hiring a Production Coordinator Lead to coordinate production schedules, manufacturing activities, materials, labor, quality gates, and delivery timelines in a metal manufacturing and fabrication environment. The role monitors production progress and risks, collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports continuous improvement, and provides day-to-day leadership and mentorship to Production Coordinators. The position requires 4–7 years of manufacturing experience, strong scheduling and project-management skills, ERP or manufacturing software familiarity, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
