Suzano is hiring an Industrial Operations Manager in Mucuri, Bahia, to lead approximately 65 employees across Manufacturing and Converting operations. The role is responsible for achieving safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets; developing teams; managing operational indicators and budgets; conducting technical process analyses; and collaborating with Maintenance, Process, Safety, HR, and Engineering. The position requires a university degree in Engineering or a related field, industrial operations experience, prior operational team leadership, knowledge of paper manufacturing or similar industries, and a strong safety record.
