Description
The Production Costing Engineer develops and maintains cost models for server racks, cabinets, and related data center infrastructure products. The role calculates standard costs, performs variance analysis, estimates costs for new products and design changes, analyzes manufacturing cost drivers, validates supplier pricing, tracks production efficiency and waste, identifies cost-reduction opportunities, and maintains accurate cost data in SAP. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, 2–5 years of costing or manufacturing experience, knowledge of metal fabrication processes, ERP/MRP proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.
