Wis-Pak is hiring a Production Department Manager to oversee staffing for hourly and salary production roles, fulfill Facility Manager duties in the manager's absence, coordinate production personnel, schedule and delegate work, improve processes, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, support food safety auditing, and communicate with procurement. The role requires prior management or supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and authorization to work permanently in the United States; a four-year degree is preferred. The salary range is $95,600 to $122,000, and the company does not sponsor employment visas.
