Description
The role manages and leads a shift-worker team on the production floor, mentors and trains new employees, and is responsible for meeting output, quality, and safety targets. It also handles incidents and malfunctions in real time and collaborates with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments. The position requires previous experience managing teams at a manufacturing industrial company, offers relevant academic or engineering education as an advantage, and requires familiarity with assembly or injection-molding production processes. It is a full-time Sunday–Thursday role from 07:00 to 16:45, with overtime twice weekly and on Fridays as needed.
