Description
Kettle is hiring a Production Designer to create pixel-perfect digital design files for banners, emails, and landing pages across various viewport sizes. The role partners with Visual Designers, Art Directors, and other creative and production teams, cleans and converts designs into templates, maintains organized files, updates existing designs, creates design-spec documentation, and guides teams toward client experiences. Candidates need advanced Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Photoshop knowledge, strong communication, design-system adaptability, and a portfolio of digital design work. The role requires onsite work five days per week for 2–3 months at a time for specific projects, with remote work at other times, and offers compensation of $65,000–$110,000.
